“Just back home after purchasing a used Audi from these folks. I can’t fault the company for the great service I received. I had viewed the car on their website which had a detailed (and accurate) description of the car, great photos and a video. Deciding that I liked the vehicle, I phoned up and spoke with Grant. Grant took me through the process, explaining everything clearly and took the time to happily answer questions. I was travelling from a distance away so I reserved the car and made arrangements to travel by train, whereupon I was met by Grant who had arrived to take me to the showroom. A great little touch. On arrival at the showroom, my car was sitting at the front, looking immaculate. The showroom itself was immaculate too. I was offered a cup of tea (appreciated after a long train trip!) then sat down to do the paperwork and handover with Grant. This could not have gone easier or smoother and was absolutely stress free. I was given a walk round the vehicle and was delighted. I then drove off one happy customer! I should also add that the car came with four months MOT listed and I wasn’t overly fussed about this. You can imagine my surprise when Grant told me that they couldn’t let a car go with that and had completed an MOT test the day before along with a mini service. That just compliments the care they put into the cars and the wish to provide an excellent service. They do specialise in prestige motors (of which there were a few beauties!) however I left there feeling that I had received the same level of service as somebody buying a Bentley or Ferrari. Absolutely recommend them and would happily consider them again, even with the distance away that I am.”
